We make every effort to ensure that the shipment arrives at the destination on time, however does not guarantee a specific transit time. We're responsible for arranging and managing transportation services, pending space and equipment availability within reasonable time as decided by Sonic Fresh. Sonic has the right to choose the carrier and all aspects of transportation from goods location to the point of destination. Sonic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or any commodity for any reason.Customer Satisfaction

Rates are applicable for Non-Hazardous, Non-Temperature Controlled and Containerized cargos only.
Please be advised that maximum amount accepted by credit card is $1,200.00. For amounts owing in excess of $1,200.00, payment must be by direct deposit, certified cheque, money order or wire transfer.
Please be advised that there are fees applicable for the following: cancellation, storage, documents changes after processing, hazardous goods, and, batteries.
Customer Responsibilities
All cargo must be packed for suitable air ocean transit. Either boxed, crated or palletized and labelled with booking number, origin and destination addresses as well as phone numbers.ISPM 15 wood packing regulations are widely in forced. Please ensure your compliance.
Customer is liable for all costs resulting from non-compliance and responsible for proper documents, permits and incurred charges.
In any case of non-compliance, which include but are not limited to non-payment, no contact on behalf of the customer, Sonic Fresh shall generate a notice in writing within 28 days to the customer to dispose of such goods as Sonic sees fit at the expense of the customer.
Customer is liable for any changes/fees that may apply for special handling of goods, including but not limited to express service, hazardous goods, security or damages caused by hazardous goods.
Destination and Origin Charges
Initial quote includes all freight charges up to the cargo arrival to said destination air/port. Rates do not include any destination charges, customs clearance, surcharges, duties, and, taxes. These charges vary according to destination country, air/port of entry and freight carrier.Customer is responsible for inquiries as to destination arrival charges including but not limited to surcharges, customs, duties, applicable fees, and, taxes. As well as the restricted commodities not allowed in the destination.
To release a shipment, the consignee must clear the arriving customs at the air/port of entry and pay any destination charges, customs, fees, duties or taxes that are due upon arrival. The cargo may be transported to the final air/port of destination. All charges related to an export examination of the cargo conducted by countries customs or any other department will be charged to the account of the customer. This will include all costs for re-handling, delivery, unloading, examination, reloading, and if required any cost related to the disposal of any cargo as directed.
